Small flock raised Suffolk-Hampshire cross lambs available by the whole or half. Our sheep are fed grain and hay and are pastured during the spring, summer, and fall months. We take great pride in the care we give to our animals and we provide them with an excellent life with plenty of high quality hay and grain, and clean free-choice water. We do treat our animals if they are sick, so we are not producing organic lambs/meat. However, we abide by all antibiotic slaughter withhold times so there are NO ANTIBIOTICS present in your meat. About Carlberg Farm Livestock and Produce



Carlberg Farm Livestock and Produce was formed in 2018 and is operated by Virginia "Ginny" and Eric Carlberg. We purchased a neighboring farm to our home dairy farm, and immediately recognized the farm's beautiful history and potential for direct marketing. Located just Southeast of Jamestown, NY, our farm features an 1800's barn with a copper roof, which houses a Suffolk-Hampshire cross sheep flock. The excellent soils allows for cultivation of vegetables and fruit from rhubarb and strawberries to tomatoes and potatoes, squash, sweet corn, and more. We invite you to enjoy homegrown produce and lamb, homemade local-fruit jams, and more, open seasonally April through October.
